combat medals are straight forward kill a lot don't get hit. the minuim requirement for them is 2 players. the ratio's vary per medal required and each class has his own kill modefier which influences the amouth of kills you need per hit. after you have met the requirements in game you can still loose them in that same game (say you went 700/1 whit nc and then got blink rushed and took 30 hits. you save after that then the medals will be calculated as if you were 700/31 the whole game
