Recon
-increased flaregun cooldown from 20 to 25
-increased psi ward cooldown from 30 to 35
-decreased energy cost of astral projection from 20 to 10 on all levels
Sniper
-removed damage from telekinesis when used on allies
-reduced cooldown of explosive bullet to (35-30-25-20-15)
Note
The lightning system is new/experimental and disabled by default. To enable it simple enter the -lights command whenever outside a building. Once enabled it will "simulate" a more realistic lightning system by changing lights if your marine is indoors or outdoors.
I suggest testing it out as much as possible, if it bugs out simply turn it off the same way it was turned on (and report bugs on forum ofc :) )
